VitaPurelo products are fulfilled through our production and fulfillment partners. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the package weight, shipping method, and destination.

Where orders ship from

Most VitaPurelo supplement orders are fulfilled from U.S. fulfillment centers. Available shipping destinations and delivery methods depend on the product, shipping profile, and destination country.

United States shipping

Domestic U.S. shipments are typically handled through USPS services such as regular ground shipping and express options. Estimated delivery timing appears at checkout when available.

Canada and international shipping

International orders may ship with FedEx or another available carrier. Duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges may be collected by the carrier or local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated based on destination, total package weight, available carrier services, and the shipping rates configured in Shopify. The final shipping price is shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Orders are sent to fulfillment after checkout. Processing and shipping estimates may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, carrier delays, customs review, or supplier availability changes.

Wrong address or unclaimed package

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Packages that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missing information, refused delivery, unpaid duties/taxes, or failure to collect the package may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
